This page covers contraptionsoft.com, which is run by ContraptionSoft LLC in Benton, Arkansas. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What the contact form collects

When you send the contact form, we get your name, your email address, what your business does, and your message, along with how you first found the site: the page you landed on, the site that linked you, and any campaign tags in the link. It is delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service, and saved in our own CRM, which runs on a server we control, so we can keep track of conversations. We use it to answer you, and if we do work together, to send one email afterward asking for a review. We do not sell it, share it with marketers, or add you to a mailing list.

Phone calls

Calls to our number may be answered by an AI assistant we run on Vapi. Those calls are recorded and transcribed so we can follow up, and the assistant uses Google Calendar to book a meeting with you. Your name, number, email, and the call summary are saved in our own CRM.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. Google sets cookies to do this and receives your IP address and basic browser details. You can block it with any ad blocker or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and the site works the same either way.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel and served through Cloudflare. Both keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to run and protect the service.
